DraftKar.com is operated by VIAVI HOSPITALITY LLP and provides digital document generation services. As a provider of digital products, we have implemented a refund policy designed to be fair to both our users and our business operations. This policy outlines when refunds are available, when they are not, and how to request one. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our refund procedures.
When Refunds Are Applicable
Refunds are available in the following circumstances:
Technical service failure preventing document generation
Duplicate transactions due to platform error
Service unavailability due to our infrastructure failure
Payment processing errors resulting in multiple charges
When Refunds Are NOT Applicable
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
Documents already downloaded by the user
Change of mind after purchase
User decides not to use the document
Misunderstanding about document features or content
Documents purchased but not used or downloaded
Digital documents are non-refundable once downloaded. Once you have accessed and downloaded your document from our platform, you have received the full value of the service and are no longer eligible for a refund under any circumstances except technical service failure.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Send an email to support@draftkar.com with your order details, transaction ID, and the reason for your refund request.

Include any relevant documentation, such as screenshots of the error or proof of duplicate charges, that supports your refund request.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. We will investigate the claim and determine if you are eligible for a refund.

Receive Refund
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refund Timeline
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 1-2 business days. However, the time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and typically takes 5-7 business days.
In some cases, depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and visible in your account.
Monthly Subscription Refunds
Refunds for monthly subscriptions are handled differently from per-document purchases. If you are dissatisfied with your monthly subscription within the first 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund, provided you have not downloaded more than one document during this period.
After the 7-day period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period. If you are charged for a subscription renewal in error or due to a technical issue, please contact us immediately at support@draftkar.com.
Payment Processor Information
All payments on DraftKar.com are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment processor. Razorpay complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and handles all payment transactions securely. Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted directly to Razorpay, ensuring maximum security.
If you have concerns about a payment or suspect fraudulent activity, you can also contact Razorpay directly at support@razorpay.com or file a chargeback through your bank or payment provider.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may appeal by providing additional information or documentation to support@draftkar.com within 14 days of receiving our decision. Our management team will review your appeal and provide a final decision. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate the matter through Razorpay's dispute resolution process or file a complaint with your bank or payment provider.
